Rivi continues to make significant progress in the new year. With the clubhouse close to handoff, interior flooring and accent features are being finished. As the clubhouse nears completion, the residential buildings are coming along nicely. Exterior siding has been installed on the first two buildings, with more buildings going vertical as framing takes place. Asphalt has also been laid through most of the property allowing for easier access and making way for the leasing process.
