The Clubhouse at The Rivi has received their certificate of occupancy, and the property management team can move in to prepare for the lease-up phase. With the first of the residential buildings about to cross the finish line, Rivi will soon transition from a construction site to a home for many Foley residents. Though the coastal location presented some unique challenges for our team, we are proud of the hard work that has seen the project through to this point.
