We have seen it through the separate phases of Apex at Perry Crossing, and now the project approaches the end. Though the property has already opened to residents, the final fifteen residential buildings are now ready for leasing from the management company.
Started over a year ago, Apex is made up of 15 apartment buildings, a clubhouse, and designated maintenance building. Residents will enjoy on-site amenities like the fitness center, dog park, pickleball court, fitness classroom, pool, and spa. The 296 brand-new apartment units represent needed housing in a rapidly growing area.
The Perry Crossing commercial area is a bustling part of Plainfield that has grown in recent years. Apex represents forward thinking housing solutions that allow communities to manage economic headwinds and create new opportunities.
We were delighted to work again with the developers at Sila Capital to make their vision a reality. The beautiful designs were done by the talented architects at Humphreys and Partners. American Structurepoint Inc was our civil engineer, LS&A was our MEP engineer, and structural engineering was handled by Integrity Structural Corp, and interior design by Garrett companies. As the remaining apartments are prepared to lease, we look forward to seeing how Apex at Perry Crossing will serve the Plainfield community now and into the future.
