The month of July has seen major steps being taken at the 4 West project in Columbia, South Carolina. The post tension cables have been laid in preparation for pouring concrete. This will provide the structural support of the central podium fixture. Columns with concrete pile caps are placed and ready for the remainder of the structure to be built around them. 4 West will evolve the already developing region with reinvigorated style and utility that will serve the community for generations.
