With foundations for the major buildings established, work to form the roadways through the property has begun. Adding lime in with the dirt helps to create longer lasting roads that will not crack or develop potholes. Ground-up lime is placed over the dirt and then tilled in with the existing soils to create a strong cohesive soil composition.
Exteriors are being installed on erected buildings, including the clubhouse. Drywall within the clubhouse has been completed and early phases for painting have begun. Check back soon for more updates about our active projects around the country.
