This week was the official ribbon cutting for Apex at Perry Crossing. The project has been long and presented many challenges, but our team rose above in achievement. Phase two construction underway, but the first buildings have opened to residents and leasing for the rest of the property is in progress.
Bringing together, construction workers, developers, and managers, the ribbon cutting was a wonderful opportunity to show-off the new facilities at Apex and celebrate the hard work of the many individuals that contributed to this project. Live music, catered food and champagne let the public toast this venture and the desired housing it will provide in Plainfield, Indiana.
