Jay brings a proven track record for leading, managing, and the timely completion of multi-million-dollar projects. Overseeing the construction of almost 10,000 units during his career, Jay has worked in Virginia, Texas, Tennessee, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio, North Carolina, Louisiana, Georgia, and Florida.
