Some big moves are happening for Apex at Perry Crossing this week. Gunite, a high-pressure mixture of cement, air, and water, was used to create the pool & spa’s exterior shell. The adjacent clubhouse is having its interiors finalized, along with fixtures like counters and cabinets being installed. Doors have been delivered and are being installed in the first residential building. While some buildings are closer to the end, still new structures are rising with framing taking place. We continue to be excited about showing off a new community that will serve the local Plainfield community well. Check back soon for more project updates from Crestline Construction.
