With the lease-up in process for phase one, construction of phase two at Apex continues it headway. Recent buildings have completed roofing and work has moved to the interiors. The final buildings for construction are having the foundations established and utilities tied to the new structures. Soon asphalt will be laid for the last of the complex roads.
