Holding Village continues to make great strides as Phase 2 moves closer to opening new buildings. Concrete for the final sections of sidewalk is being poured and shaped. Windows are being installed and sealed across the new units. Plants now fill the landscaped portions around the residential buildings. As utilities are checked and the interiors finished, these apartments will soon be ready for residents to move in.
