On Thursday, September 17, 2020, Crestline Construction was honored to be a part of the Legacy Place Kickoff event in Urbana, OH. Earlier this year, in July, Crestline Construction was awarded with the exciting new project to reimagine the use of three historic buildings.
Last week, the project received its funding and was given the green light to proceed. Work has already begun to renovate the historic Douglas Inn and Urbana's North and South Elementary Schools to create 51 affordable apartments for senior citizens.
Crestline Construction is excited to be a part of another historic build while also bringing affordable housing to Urbana's seniors. Construction and renovation on the buildings started Monday, September 21, with the completion scheduled for Fall 2021.
