Work has officially begun on the Holding Village project in North Carolina. Our team as started the process of turning the 17.3 acres of land into 320 functional apartment units. Currently performing site work, we will soon pour the first concrete for the foundation. We are very excited about Holding Village as it is our first major project in the Raleigh region. Stay tuned for more updates about Holding Village, and our other projects as we continue to grow in the coming year.
