After much ado about groundwork due to its unique location, Rivi is finally moving upwards. Framing of the main clubhouse has begun and where there once stood an empty field, the first of many buildings can now be seen. Utilities will be installed as we now prepare for creating the foundations of more buildings and ready the clubhouse for exteriors and drywall. The summer months will see great progress at Rivi, so check back soon for more updates!
