Finished Project: The Pace at Holding Village

With the finishing touches done, our Holding Village project in Wake Forest, North Carolina is now complete. It has been a long road, and we celebrate our dedicated team members and partners who navigated this project from 17.3 acres of empty land to a now lively community.

The 11 buildings included in the project created 456,802 square feet of new living space, making up 320 units. 108 1-bedroom, 181 2-bedroom, and 31 3-bedroom units, including 19 ADA units. Designed by architects at Lord Aeck Sargent Inc, The Pace at Holding Village represents forward thinking in living space, with modern amenities like EV charging stations, a dog grooming station, and bike repair area. The pool ties the community together and the central clubhouse provides easy access to management & maintenance for residents.

Throughout the project, we were able to work with talented contractors that ensured everything was up to standard. The John R. Adams Co,. Inc. handled Civil Engineering and McVeigh & Magnum Engineering, Inc. was the MEP engineer. Structural engineering was managed by Structural Consulting Group LLC.

Crestline’s first project in the Raleigh, NC area, we have been very proud to work with Woodfield Development Company to create a new community that will thrive and provide economic benefits in the area for years to come.
