Final Push at Holding Village

With units leasing up and residents moving in, the final phase is in full swing, and the finish line is in sight for Holding Village. Asphalt for the phase two parking lot has been laid, representing a vital step before the last of the 320 units are complete. Communal spaces, such as the pool, are already open, and unique amenities, like the dog grooming station, are being finished. From a large, empty 17.3-acre field, Holding Village is already becoming bustling community. Our team has, over the course of the project, risen to all challenges and we cannot wait to show you the completed product.
