4 West continues to make great strides as it approaches the finish line to become a brand-new housing contribution for Columbia, South Carolina. Outside, trim and finishes are being finalized, allowing the full beauty and allure of the building to be on display. Windows are being installed as final steps for insulation are completed. Inside, the gorgeous views from the apartments can now be seen. Flooring has been installed providing a fresh look for the units. Cabinetry, lighting, and plumbing fixtures are being fitted, which will make way for kitchen appliances to be installed and final cleaning to begin.
