LEGACY PLACE

Legacy Place re-imagines the use of three buildings in Urbana, OH: The Douglas Inn, Urbana Elementary South and Urbana Elementary North. This expansive refurbishment project, in partnership with T&H Investments, will create more than 50 affordable units for seniors for the area while preserving the historic looks that meld with the local aesthetic. Our teams and contractors are under way with this exciting project that will be completed in 2021.
