Lake Meadows is a 123 bed assisted living facility in Fishers Indiana.  The new construction project met NGBS Green Building standards and was delivered 4 months ahead of schedule. Featuring a central courtyard, numerous amenities, a commercial kitchen and an integrated walking trail and pond setting, Lake Meadows is the first licensed affordable assisted living project constructed in Hamilton County.
