Pace at Holding Village Apartments is a Woodfield Development Company and Lee Properties Group Venture and will have three different structural designs. Located in Wake Forest, North Carolina, it is an 11-building apartment complex. It consists of 3 different building types with building #1 containing a clubhouse amenity. The total project is situated on 17.3 acres of land. The 320 units total 456,806 square feet of space. There are 108 – 1-bedroom units, 181 – 2-bedroom units, and 31 – 3-bedroom units, 19 of which are ADA units. Building 1 also includes an outdoor community pool.

Partnering with Wakefield Development and Lee Properties Group, we built this new apartment complex as part of the larger Holding Village development plans. Part of and surrounded by brand-new development, Pace at Holding Village is poised to change the face of multi-family housing in the Wake Forest area.
