Holding Village Apartments is a Woodfield Development Company and Lee Properties Group Venture and will have three different structural designs. With just over 17 acres of land, the site will see the construction of over 456,000 square feet of space, with 320 units consisting of one-bedroom (108), two-bedroom (181), and three-bedroom (31), including 19 ADA units. We are thrilled to be working alongside Woodfield Development Company and Lee Properties Group on our first project in the Carolinas. Each apartment unit will feature a washer and dryer, a balcony, quartz countertops, and Luxury Vinyl Tile. Exteriors will be composed of brick with modern accents, allowing the buildings to be both attractive and practical. Providing modern, convenient housing for the Wake Forest community, Holding Village Apartments is an answer to the needs and possibility of the area.
