With the old, long-empty YMCA building in downtown Evansville, IN, Crestline Construction and our development partners, AP Development LLC, have envisioned a revitalized building that will aid the economic growth of the city. The interior of the building will be gutted and rebuilt as centrally located apartments with modern amenities. A prominent landmark within the downtown area, Central Lofts represents the evolving needs of Evansville and its citizens. Completed in 2022.
