Formerly the Backstay Welt Factory building, this large structure in Union City, IN long sat empty, waiting for the right project to come along. Developers from AP Development LLC worked to get this project moving, and Crestline Construction executed the rehabilitation process that turned this structure into centrally located apartments for the locals of Union City. These efforts represented needed development in a region ready to grow and made an eyesore into practical housing while preserving the history and aesthetic that makes the community unique.
